WP2 – Gastronomy as a Space for Inclusion, European Values and Employability
Objective
The objective of WP2 is to create the foundational pedagogical pathway of the project by connecting gastronomic culture with inclusion, European values, cultural richness, sustainability and employability. Through this Work Package, VET teachers, hospitality students, employability trainers and job coaches will gain structured resources that help them use gastronomy as a transformative educational space.
Main Deliverables
WP2 produces two main results:
R2.1 Educational Guide on the European values that unite us and enrich our gastronomic culture.
R2.2 Training for Employability based on the enhancement of our gastronomic culture.
For both results, the deliverables include the determination of learning objectives, teaching methodology and appropriate didactic tools, identification and selection of themes, development of the guide and training structure, provision and development of content, quality control using qualitative and quantitative indicators, editing, design, translation, second quality control and implementation of improvements.
The WP2 methodology also includes a literature review and collection of methodologies and tools, consolidation and analysis of partner templates, questionnaire design, translation and administration of the questionnaire, confirmation of five thematic axes, guide architecture, drafting of assigned sections, translation and language adaptation, training structure design and development of a Trainer Manual.
Timeline
September 2025 – September 2026 according to the official work package plan. The detailed WP2 methodology unfolds mainly from November 2025 to July 2026, with literature review and questionnaire work in December 2025–January 2026, the Educational Guide finalised and translated by February 2026, the Training for Employability developed from February to June 2026, quality control in July 2026, and editing, design, translation and improvements completed by September 2026.
