The objective of WP5 is to ensure the visibility, dissemination, communication, promotion, exploitation and wider impact of the project. This Work Package supports communication with target groups, stakeholders, VET and hospitality organisations, employability actors, media, public and private entities and the wider public, ensuring that the project results are shared at local, national and European levels.
Main Deliverables
WP5 includes the Dissemination and Communication Plan, creation of panels of experts, trainers, beneficiaries and stakeholders, setup of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts, development of the Visual Identity Kit, formation and maintenance of strategic alliances, regular social media dissemination, newsletters, interviews, videos, podcasts, traditional media items, promotion on EU platforms, dissemination to catering and cookery training centres and hospitality associations, monitoring and quality tools, dissemination progress reports to the National Agency, multiplier events and the final hybrid conference.
The Visual Identity Kit includes logo proposals, graphic design elements, templates for social media publications, project information leaflet, newsletter template, written press template, Word template, PowerPoint template and Canva template. Dissemination activities include regular publications through project and partner channels and targeted promotion through educational, professional and stakeholder networks.
Timeline
September 2025 – October 2027. WP5 starts at the beginning of the project with the communication plan, expert and stakeholder panels, social media setup and visual identity. Dissemination continues throughout the project, with regular publications and monitoring activities, and becomes more intensive during the development of project results, piloting, multiplier events and the final conference. Multiplier events are planned for September–October 2027 and the final hybrid conference for October 2027.
