WP1 includes the Project Management Plan or Project Handbook, administrative and contractual management, payment schedules, reporting procedures, financial and time management plans, risk and quality management procedures, monitoring of deliverables and milestones, and internal communication between partners.

It also includes regular online monitoring meetings, three Transnational Project Meetings, the C1 online self-training activity, one multiplier event per country and the final hybrid conference. The Work Package also covers supporting plans linked to inclusion, gender, diversity and vulnerabilities, digital implementation, environmental and green measures, civic participation, internal wellbeing, workplace mental health and sustainability after the end of the project.
