WP3 – Recipes with History that Unite Territories

Objective

The objective of WP3 is to transform gastronomic heritage into practical and visible learning outputs by developing, documenting and presenting recipes that transmit inclusion, cohesion, sustainability, solidarity, respect, tolerance, equality and European cultural richness. This Work Package connects recipes of European origin with recipes integrated from other cultures, showing gastronomy as a living expression of cultural exchange and social cohesion.

Main Deliverables

WP3 produces two main results:

R3.1 Compendium of representative recipes both of European origin and integrated from other cultures.

R3.2 Compendium of explanatory videos on the symbolism, origin and meaning of representative recipes.

The recipe compendium deliverables include the selection and identification of selected countries and culturally representative recipes, documentation of the recipes and their history, meaning, ingredients and preparation, development of recipe content and graphic documentation, preparation of the compendium, quality control, editing, design, translation, evaluation and improvements.

The video compendium deliverables include identification of the type of video and profile of protagonists, definition of the format and language of the videos, inclusive selection of the people starring in the videos, script development, preparation of 20 explanatory videos, quality control, editing, design, translation, evaluation and implementation of improvements.

Timeline

September 2026 – April 2027. The Work Package begins with TPM2 in Greece and the selection of countries and recipes in September 2026. Recipe documentation, content development and graphic documentation take place in the following months, while video structure, protagonist selection, scripting and video production are carried out during the same implementation phase. Editing, design, translation, evaluation and improvements are completed in the final phase of WP3.
