WP4 – European Gastronomic Cultural Heritage Website and Piloting

Objective

The objective of WP4 is to create the public digital space of the project and to test the project materials in real educational and professional environments. This Work Package ensures that the project results are accessible, visible, multilingual, inclusive and usable by VET centres, trainers, students, hospitality professionals and wider stakeholders.

Main Deliverables

WP4 includes two main results:

R4.1 Website on European Gastronomic Cultural Heritage as an element of inclusion and social cohesion.

R4.2 Piloting of the project training and materials.

The website deliverables include the determination of the website structure and contents, content development, technical development of the website, design and translation, quality control using qualitative and quantitative indicators and implementation of improvements. The website will host the project materials and will be designed with accessibility, inclusive communication, multilingual availability, sustainability and Erasmus+ visibility in mind.

The piloting deliverables include the definition of the objectives, methodology and structure of the pilot, invitations to trainers and beneficiaries, preparation of materials and venues, virtual training of the project technical teams, implementation of the pilots in the partner countries, internal evaluation, identification of areas for improvement and implementation of improvements.

Timeline

April 2027 – September 2027. Website structure and content development begin in April–May 2027, technical development runs mainly from May to July 2027, design and translation take place in July 2027, quality control is planned for August 2027 and improvements for September 2027. Piloting is planned from April to June 2027, with pilot design in April, trainer and beneficiary invitations and technical training in May, and pilot implementation and evaluation in June 2027.
